Program Mission
The CHESS Foundation NFP is committed to removing financial barriers to higher education for underrepresented and high-potential students. Our scholarship program awards merit- and need-based funding to exceptional individuals who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and a commitment to community impact.
CHESS Foundation NFP was established on April 20, 2021, by Ronnell Winfrey, who saw the need to support individuals and families. We've created programs designed to aid and nurture those in need as they grow and develop.
Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. From case managers to outreach workers, we work together to provide comprehensive support to our clients.
