Welcome to The CHESS Foundation NFP Scholarship Program for Academic Achievement

☑ Must be a 2023 graduate of a High School in US. 

☑ Must have a cumulative 2.5 on a 4.0 scale Grade Point Average (GPA) at time of application.

☑ Must have participated in 20 hours of community service during high school (i.e.,

tutoring, food bank, park clean up, volunteering at non-profit, nursing home, school,

etc.)

☑ Must provide a letter of recommendation as a reference.

☑ Must be accepted to the incoming 2024 class of a College. Provide evidence of

acceptance (i.e., copy of acceptance letter, etc.)

☑ Submit a copy of Applicant's transcript.

☑ Submit typed 250-word essay as prompted on the application.
